Text Message Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
This Text Message Policy explains how 919 Media Collective LLC, doing business as Element Underground (“Element,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), sends and manages SMS and MMS messages. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. How you opt in
Recurring automated texts require a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or accepting our Terms or Privacy Policy does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing, booking, applying, creating an account, or using Element services.
Our booking form covers inquiry, booking, and account texts. Our crew form covers gig opportunities. Our updates form separately covers marketing texts about new sets and events. Consent to one program does not enroll you in another. If you text us first, we may reply to that conversation without enrolling you in a recurring program.
2. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier may impose other charges under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed.
3. Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to opt out of texts from that program. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@elementunderground.com. Opting out of texts does not stop necessary email about an active inquiry, booking, or account.
4. Privacy
We use your mobile number and consent record to provide the messages you requested, operate the program, prevent abuse, and meet legal and carrier requirements. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our messaging programs or applicable requirements change. Questions can be sent to contact@elementunderground.com.
